Hello,
I live in NYC - I wanted a Vespa for the daily commute to work. Right now I'm using the subway and it's not that bad, but I need something faster and more flexible. Car is out of the question as it would be prohibitively expensive, plus parking etc. and apparently electric bikes in New York are a legal gray area.
A fried suggestion to start with a 50cc feels too weak - I'm looking for 150-250cc.
Basically - I would like to ask you a few things:
1.) If one of you has a Vespa for sale that matches my description (I can pick it up from some local states - not too far)
UC Browser SHAREit Appvn 2.) Does any of you live in NYC? How do you like the whole process? Do you put it away in winter or do you use it all year? I would probably use it all year round - is that a good idea or is rain / snow a big nono?
3.) I'm about to search Craigslist - what are other good places to find something? Once again - I consider something like 150-250cc and ideally about 1-1.5k, depending on specifications and accessories.
4.) Any tips / advice for an early first timer? I drive a lot of motorcycles, ATVs, but never a Vespa - and look forward to it.
